PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Coordinating internal stakeholders, ensuring they receive and update the necessary information for their tasks.
Overseeing field actions (events, press launches, etc.).
Participating in the design and production of content and tools (photos, videos, website, etc.).
Managing production follow-up (deadlines, budget, quality).
BRAND STRATEGY
Performing competitive intelligence (benchmarking).
Identifying internal and external client needs: briefing, consulting, and recommendations.
Analyzing the issue at hand to determine the strategic marketing directions.
Developing and implementing an operational marketing and communication plan, detailing each action to be carried out.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
Creating content (visual and written) for social media and other communication channels.
Writing and updating editorial content: website, press releases, newsletters, articles.
Managing moderation and community engagement.
Ensuring the reporting of operations and their dissemination.
Analyzing performance indicators: tracking, optimization, and KPIs.
